Counter-Strike is a first-person shooter PC game developed by Valve Corp. You can insert image files from your computer into the game by pressing a keyboard button ("spray" in the Options menu). Uploading a custom image into the game is simple and can be done from within the game's main menu. The spray image upload process will take about one minute.

      Turn on your computer and log into your operating system user account. Open the Valve Corp. Steam client and wait for it to load.

      Locate your .BMP or .JPG spray image file and right-click it then select "Copy." Click "Start," then "My Computer" and select the "C:\" hard drive. Double-click it and click into the "Programs" folder. Then click into the "Steam" folder and enter the "SteamApps" folder. Right-click and "Paste" the image file into this folder. You will be able to easily locate the spray file from within Counter-Strike this way.

      Run the Counter-Strike game. Click "Options" then click the "Multiplayer" tab. Click "Import Spray" then browse for the image file you copied to the "SteamApps" folder in the Steam install directory. Select the image and click "Open." The image will then be visible under "Sprays" in the Counter-Strike options menu. You can spray the image in-game at any time by pressing the "T" button on your keyboard.
