Capturing an entire Web page is slightly different than capturing just one open window. The instructions also vary depending on whether you use a Mac or a PC.

Instructions

PC Users

1. Click on the window you wish to copy to ensure it is "active."

2. Locate the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. It is typically abbreviated as "Prnt Scrn" or a similar variation. Press this button.

3. Open your Paint program by clicking on "Paint" in the "Accessories" folder from your Start menu.

4. Click on "Edit" and then "Paste." This copies your screenshot to the Paint program.

Mac Users

1. Capture a screenshot of the entire web page on a Mac by pressing the "Command" button.

2. Hold the "Command" button down while pressing the "Control" button. Then press "Shift" and the number "3." This copies the entire web page to your clipboard.

3. Open up your preferred image program and paste the screenshot into the program to view it.
