How to Download Firefox Google Toolbar on a Mac
The Google Toolbar is a free software "addon," or addition, to the Mozilla Firefox web browser. The toolbar combines the renowned Google search engine with a plethora of additional tools and features. Those features include Spell Check, AutoFill for automatic filling of forms, a SideWiki for sharing websites and information, the ability to incorporate other Google functions with your web browsing (such as Gmail) and the tools to customize it all. The Google Toolbar is offered to Mac Firefox users free of charge.

Open your Mozilla Firefox browser. Go to the Google Toolbar website.

Click on the "Download Toolbar" button at the Google Toolbar website. Click "Agree and Install" on the next page.

Click the button "Allow" if Firefox prompts you and prevents you from downloading the Google Toolbar. Click "Install" in the new dialog window. A

Allow the software to install; this usually takes one to three minutes, depending on your Internet connection speed.

Click "Restart" when Firefox prompts you to restart the browser. Allow Firefox to close and reboot automatically.
