How to Save a Picture on the MacBook

Finding the way around your new MacBook can be a task, especially for those who have spent years using the Windows operating system. Luckily, the process is simple and relatively the same. Right-click on the picture you want to save to open a drop-down menu with number of options you can perform on the photo.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the website containing the picture you want to save.

2. Move your track pad arrow so that it is resting on the picture.

3. Press and hold the "Control" key on your keyboard, then click the picture. A drop-down menu will appear. Release the "Control" key.

4. Select "Save Image As..." from the drop-down menu. The Save Image dialogue will open. Rename the picture in the "Save As" field. Choose where you want to save the picture to in the "Where" field.

5. Click the "Save" button.
