How to Download Peer to Peer Music
Peer-to-peer music is classified as song files that have been uploaded and shared over the Internet around the world. Peer-to-peer music can be downloaded with the use of a legitimate file sharing bit-client application. This particular application must be downloaded and installed to your computer and accessed with a stable Internet connection. The time it takes to download peer-to-peer music depends on the speed of your Internet connection and the computer's processor. The overall procedure can be done by any computer user, no matter what his level of technical experience is.
Instructions
-
-
1
Establish a stable Internet connection on your computer to ensure the peer-to-peer application will work and download properly. If your Internet connection is not stable, the download process could take a minimum of an hour or more to download one song.
-
2
Download a peer-to-peer file sharing client application for your computer. (See Tips and Resources sections for more information regarding applications and a list of legitimate peer-to-peer file sharing applications you can download.) Once the peer-to-peer application is downloaded and installed to your computer, a link should be displayed on your desktop screen so you can access the application.
-
-
3
Open the peer-to-peer file sharing client application from its desktop icon on your computer. When the application opens, there should be a search field available so you can look for songs within the application's data base.
-
4
Type the title of the peer-to-peer music you want to download into the application's search field. Click its search button or icon to begin extracting search results from the Web. Avoid downloading several peer-to-peer songs at one time. This could also slow up the downloading process.
-
5
Browse through the peer-to-peer application's list of generated search results, and click on the result that matches the title you entered. The music will then be sent to the application's download section. Once the download is complete, the peer-to-peer music will be stored to your hard drive.
