Once you block an email address, you can unblock it at any time. There is no limit to the number of email addresses you can add to the blocked list.

      Open your Web browser and navigate to the Hotmail homepage.

      Click “Options” then “More Options.”

      Click “Safe and Blocked Senders” under “Junk E-mail.”

      Enter the email address of the person you want to block.
