How to Change the Brush on a Sonic Care

      Locate the large nut piece on your Sonicare electric toothbrush that is connected to the removable brush head. Twist the large nut piece counterclockwise to remove the entire brush head. Discard the old Sonicare brush head.

      Remove the replacement Sonicare brush head from its packaging.

      Align the front of the brush head piece with the front of your Sonicare toothbrush. Make sure that the bars on the brush head are aligned with the notches on the inside of the toothbrush handle.

      Slide the replacement brush head onto the Sonicare toothbrush handle.

      Twist the large nut clockwise to screw the replacement brush head piece into the Sonicare toothbrush handle.

Tips & Warnings

  • Replace the brush head piece of your Sonicare electric toothbrush every three to six months. Replace the brush head sooner if the bristles begin to fray or fall out.

  • Only use Sonicare replacement brush heads with your Sonicare electric toothbrush.
