Printing photos at home is becoming more and more common as digital cameras become ubiquitous. One popular photo-organizing application usually used on Macintosh computers is iPhoto. Learning to print photos with iPhoto is an essential part to using the program effectively. Printing photos with iPhoto will allow you to frame your photography as well as share with friends, or anything you would do with developed photographs. By its design, iPhoto makes printing photos very simple.

Instructions

      Open the iPhoto application. This is done usually by double or single clicking on the application icon. If you don't have iPhoto installed, install it.

      Select the photos you would like to print. Do this by placing the cursor over the thumbnails of the photos you would like to print. Select them by clicking and dragging, or by clicking them individually while holding the control key.

      Click on the file menu, usually located in the upper left hand corner. Click on 'Print.' A printer configuration dialog will appear. Select the appropriate printer and click 'Print.'
