Select the county in which you desire to register your business in the "County Directories" drop-down menu at the bottom of the page. Select the "Submit" button. This will take you to a page with all the contact information for officers of the court in your county. Business licenses in Georgia are dispensed by the county, and the person of contact is the Clerk of the Superior Court of your county.
Locate the contact information for the Clerk of the Superior Court in the county you have chosen. Either call or visit the office location to obtain the necessary paperwork for filing your business with the county.
