How to Do Streetball Moves
Street ball is an entertaining style of basketball where players perform dazzling tricks with the ball, ranging from fancy dribbles to powerful slam dunks and alley oops. Street ball players pride themselves on perfecting the crowd-pleasing maneuvers, which can take hours of work to perfect. The knee bop catch is a street ball move in which a player dribbles the ball with both legs, before scooping the ball up and spinning around their defender and continuing to the basket.

1
Practice bouncing the ball with your knees, one at a time. Dribble the ball once with your hand, then once with your knee, then again with your hand. Repeat this in groups of 10 for one leg, then the other. Continue practicing knee dribbles until you are comfortable dribbling with each leg.
-
2
Practice dribbling with your right leg once, then immediately your left leg, then back to your hand.

3
Practice dribbling with your legs, but instead of going back to a hand dribble after the second leg, reach through your legs with your arm opposite the second dribbling leg, catching the ball in your palm.
-
4
Cradle the ball against your wrist and forearm as you pull it out from under your leg.
-
5
Straighten your arm and turn 360 degrees over the shoulder opposite the hand holding the ball. When performing the move against a defender, use your arm on the side you are turning to shield off the defender, allowing you to use the spin to get behind them.

6
Continue dribbling as you come out of the spin.
