1
Reflect upon how the ultimate goals of your company affect the community at large. Perhaps you provide a safe environment for children via an in-home day care or provide quality products that lead to a better quality of life for senior citizens.
-
2
"Establish four to six core values from which the organization would like to operate. Consider values of customers, shareholders, employees and the community," recommends the Free Management Library. Determine how these values merge with the benefits of your products and services.

3
Write a summary of your value statements and commitment to delivering these values in a formal statement of no more than four sentences. The statement should be specific to your company, but reflect a broad awareness of the impact your business has on its employees, customers and investors.
-
4
Seek feedback from employees if you are an established business. Obtaining input from staff members, who understand the culture of your company and the expectations of customers, helps present a logical, relevant vision statement inclusive of the entire company's ideals.
