How to Stop a Flash Update

Adobe Flash Player features an update notification utility that informs you when new security and program enhancements are ready for download. You can adjust the frequency in which the program checks for updates or completely turn off update notifications using the settings menu. Even though your computer has Adobe Flash Player installed, you can only access the update notification settings through "Global Notifications Settings Panel" page on the Adobe website.
