Take screenshot pictures with the "Print Screen" key.

Copying a page using the "Print Screen" key is simple to do, however, viewing the page that you have copied requires just a little bit more work. Not all computers have a "Print Screen" key. Those computers that do not have this key may have a key that says "PRTSC" or "PT Screen." Each of these keys performs the same function.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the page you want to copy.

    • 2

Select "ALT" and "Print Screen" to copy the selected window. Click only "Print Screen" to copy the entire desktop.

    • 3

Open a new document in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Paint, Adobe Photoshop or other program that can handle images.

    • 4

Click in the open document and select "CTRL" and "V" to paste the screen shot you copied. You now have copied and pasted a page using the "Print Screen" key.
