• Allergy medicine
• Cold water
• 2 slices of cucumber

Instructions

1. See a doctor or get an over-the-counter allergy medication to reduce the symptoms of hay fever. Different medicines affect people differently, so you should always consult a physician before taking a new medication.

2. Wash your face with cold water. The cold water will help reduce the swelling, and the water washing over your face will help remove any allergen particles near the eyes that you may be reacting to.

3. Place one slice of cucumber on each eye, and leave the slices there while your eyes are closed for 15 to 30 minutes. This cold compress will reduce the puffiness in your eyes.
