Cotton balls are useful in applying a pore refiner to your face.

Pore refiners or toners, as they are often called, are beneficial to your face because they close the pores after cleansing your skin in order for your makeup to go on smoothly. They also help to deep-clean your pores by removing impurities and all traces of your cleanser. Pore refiners prepare your skin for the moisturizer and help keep your skin looking its best by reducing clogged pores and giving you a smooth-looking face. Does this Spark an idea?
