Get rid of dark circles under the eyes by trying some of the proven home remedies. Something as simple as drinking a minimum of 10 glasses of water each day will help rid the unwanted circles by eliminating the impurities in your body, hence lightening the dark circles.

Do yoga which is another way to help eliminate the dark circles. The posture that is associated with yoga will increase blood circulation, especially near the eyes. Start an exercise regimen because it will help the overall body and well-being. This reduces stress and helps eliminate dark circles.

Keep a well-balanced diet that is rich in vitamins. This will help get rid of the circles.

Massage those dark circles away. You can use plain cold cream or almond oil. Apply and massage for 15 minutes all around the eye area. After the massage is complete, add a paste to the under-eye area and allow it to sit for 10 to 15 minutes. You can use pineapple juice and turmeric powder or powered almonds moistened with milk to form a paste consistency.

Have cosmetic surgery done to permanently remove the dark circles from your face, if all else fails. There are a couple of procedures available for this including a laser procedure that stimulates the collagen layers and another procedure called blepharoplasty that permanently removes the damaged skin and pulls it together tighter.
