  • 2 Tbs ground oats
  • 2 Tsp brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs aloe vera gel
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Facial Oatmeal Scrub

    • 1

      Grind oats to a powder using a blender or coffee grinder.

      Mix oat powder, brown sugar, aloe vera gel and lemon juice. This will form a paste.

      Dampen skin, then massage paste onto face for several minutes.

      Rinse face with warm water and pat dry.

      To use this scrub on your body, triple the recipe.

  • Bad reactions to oatmeal are quite rare but may include redness, hives, rash, or tingling.
