How to Set Up Online Banking With SunTrust

SunTrust account holders can easily access their accounts by setting up online banking. The set-up requires only the completion of the SunTrust account enrollment process. - Last five digits of your Social Security Number

Go to the official SunTrust website, suntrust.com, in your Internet browser.

Click the "Sign-Up Now" button that will be displayed in the middle of the SunTrust homepage. Your browser will be redirected to the SunTrust online enrollment screen.

Scroll down to the bottom of the online enrollment page to view the available SunTrust online banking options.

Click the radio button that best describes your SunTrust account. Then, click the "Begin Enrollment" action.

Enter the last five digits of your Social Security Number in the required data forms at the top of the page.

Provide your SunTrust bank account number in the second, blank data form field.

Type the five-digit zip code associated with the address where your SunTrust banking statements are mailed to.

Click the "Continue Enrollment" option to complete the SunTrust account verification/enrollment process to set up your online banking. You will then be prompted to provide an email address and select a user name and password for your account.

Tips & Warnings
Make sure you enter accurate information when completing the enrollment process. Providing incorrect information may cause the online banking account setup to be locked. As a result, you will have to contact the bank for further assistance.
