How to Set Up a PayPal Account on eBay
If you use eBay to bid on and purchase items, or if you are a seller on eBay, you may want to add a PayPal account to your eBay account. PayPal is a website you can use to send and receive money online. You have two options for setting up a PayPal account on eBay; you can set up a new PayPal account, or you can link to a PayPal account you already have.

Sign in to your eBay account and click "My eBay" from the menu at the top right of the page. You will be taken to a summary of your eBay account.

Click the "Account" tab located over your eBay account summary. You can edit your personal information and set up a PayPal account here.

Click "PayPal Account" from the menu to the left of the page. You can either register for a new account or you can link to an existing PayPal account here.

Click the "Sign Up" button if you want to register for a new PayPal account. You will be taken to PayPal. Enter your email address, create a password and then click "Sign Up." You can add a bank account here or you can go back to eBay by clicking the "Return to eBay" button. Your new PayPal account is now linked to your eBay account.

Click the "Link My PayPal Account" button if you already have a PayPal account. You will be taken to the PayPal website. Enter your PayPal account email address and password and then click the "Link Your Account" button. Your PayPal account is now linked to your eBay account.
