How to Send Money to Colombia From PayPal
PayPal is a California-based e-commerce company that allows people to send and receive money in 190 countries around the world. PayPal enables you to send money in 24 different currencies. All you need is a bank account and an email address to set up an account on PayPal. As of 2010, PayPal charged 2.9 percent of the amount transferred to Colombia plus $0.30 (30 U.S. cents). The fee may be paid by the sender or receiver.

Click the first link in Resources to set up a free account on PayPal.

Select your country from the list and click on “Get Started” under “Personal.”

Enter your email address, name, phone number, address, credit card or bank account information.

Go to PayPal’s homepage after setting up the account and click on “Send Money.”

Specify the amount that you want to send. Also, enter the Colombian friend’s email address at which he will receive the money.

Confirm that you want to send the money.

Ask the recipient to follow the same procedure to create a PayPal account. While selecting the country, he should select “Colombia” from the list and specify his bank account or credit card details. Once he creates a PayPal account, he will be guided by PayPal on how to access the funds.

stupid, we can have a paypal account, we can pay with paypal by using our credit cards, we are able to send money requests and invoices from paypal but withdrawing money isn't allowed, that doesn't makes any sense.
