How to Redeem Amazon Visa Points
The Amazon.com Visa credit card enables account holders to collect points that can be redeemed for rewards such as a $25 Amazon.com Reward Certificate. Black Amazon.com Visa card holders receive the $25 Amazon.com Reward Certificate in the mail automatically at the end of their monthly billing cycle. However, Blue Amazon.com Visa card holders need to redeem their points manually through their Amazon.com Visa online account with Chase.

Open your Internet browser.

Go to the online log-in page for your Amazon.com Visa card.

Log into your Amazon.com Visa card account by entering your user ID and password into the appropriate boxes on the left side of the screen and click "log on."

Click the "show rewards" link under your account summary. Then click the "see rewards details" link that appears beneath it.

Click the green "redeem your rewards" link in the middle of the page.

Browse through the available rewards using the page buttons at the bottom of the list. When you find a reward you want, click the "add to cart" button on the right side of its description.

Choose "order more items" if you still have more points you want to redeem or click "check out" to confirm your selection. You can also adjust the number of an item you've selected by adjusting the number in the "quantity" box in the item description. You must click "check out" at some point to move to the next step.

Verify your order details by making sure your mailing address, contact information and item selection appear correctly on the page. Click "next" to confirm everything's correct.

Double-check your information one last time, clicking "next" to complete the redemption process. An order confirmation page will appear and your reward should come in the mail within a few weeks.

If you don't have enough points for an item, the "add to cart" option will not appear on its listing.
