How to Use XPI

An XPI file is an extension or add-on for the Mozilla Firefox browser. Firefox was one of the first browser's to allow users to customize their browsing experience by creating and installing a myriad of add-ons, greatly expanding the application's usability. Installing XPI files is extremely simple and straightforward, provided you have the Mozilla Firefox application on your computer. If not, you will need to download it--it is a free application.
