How to Restart the DHCP Client Service
The DHCP client service on your computer is used for communications between your computer and devices that you attach to the computer, such as cell phone or smartphones. If this service is stuck or has stopped running, you need to restart it before communications with attached devices are successful.

Click on the "Start" button, click on "Run" and type "services.msc" into the window.

Click on the "OK" button to open the list of services that run on your computer.

Right-click on the "DHCP Client" service and then click on the "Restart" option. The service takes a moment to restart.
