NetZero is a subscription-based internet service provider (ISP). NetZero allows its members to access the Internet using an existing telephone jack and their computer's modem. For a monthly fee, NetZero will provide its members with a telephone number, which will allow them to dial-out to one of NetZero's Internet servers. Also included with this service is a pop-up blocker, which will help reduce the amount of spam seen while browsing the Internet. The NetZero account can be cancelled at any time.

Gather the NetZero Member ID of the account you wish to cancel and the last four numbers of the credit card that was used to activate the subscription.

Tell the NetZero support member that you would like to cancel your subscription and provide the NetZero Member ID number and credit card information to have the NetZero support member cancel your NetZero account.
