A TV tuner card is a device that gives your computer the ability to view and receive television programming, either from an antenna, cable or satellite source. Not all computers come with a TV card, although it is possible to install a card on a computer (both desktop and laptops). Once the card is installed on the system, you are only moments away from turning your computer into a television screen.
