How to Install Adobe Flash Player 9
Adobe Flash Player is a web browser plugin that displays rich content such as animations, videos and games. Viewing Adobe Flash content requires that you have the Adobe Flash Player plugin installed. Adobe's newer Flash Player plugins don't work on older operating systems such as Windows 98 and Windows Me. You can download and install Flash Player 9 from Adobe's website.

Open Adobe's Flash Player 9 download webpage (see Resources).

Click "Download" next to "Internet Explorer," then click "Save."

Launch the Flash Player 9 automatic installation by double-clicking on the downloaded "install_flash_player_9_ax.exe" file.

Complete the installation by clicking "Close" in the "Adobe Flash Player ActiveX Setup" window.

Open Adobe's Flash Player 9 download webpage (see Resources).

Click "Download" next to "Netscape," then click "Save." Non-Internet Explorer web browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Opera use Netscape format plug-ins.

Launch the Flash Player 9 automatic installation by double-clicking on the downloaded "install_flash_player_9.exe" file.
