How to Put Pictures on My Windows Live Contacts

Windows Live contains your contacts information.

The Windows Live email system provides users with an affordable solution for online communication. Windows Live is an email client included with the Windows Vista and Windows 7 operating systems. Windows Live provides you with the ability to save contacts, so you have the full name and email address for your friends and family. You can add pictures next to these contacts in your Live Contacts folder.

Instructions

1. Click the Windows "Start" button and select "All Programs." In the list of options, click "Windows Live" to open the contacts editor.

2. Scroll down the list to the contact name you want to edit. Double-click the contact's name to open the properties dialog window.

3. Click the current contact picture and click the "Change picture" button. A new window opens prompting you for the location of the new picture. Select a new picture.

4. Click "Set" to save your settings. The new image is displayed immediately in your Live contacts.
