1
Peel off as much of the sticker as possible. Scrape the sticker off the glass with a sharp razor blade held at a 90-degree angle. Apply moderate pressure and scrape gently in one direction. Do not use a dull razor; this is more likely to scratch the glass.

Fill a bucket with water as hot as you can tolerate. Add a few drops of dish soap. Use your hands to mix up the soap and water.

3
Dip a rag into the soapy water. Scrub the sticky part of the window with the rag to further remove the sticker and residue. Wipe down the area with a rag and plain water. Follow up by buffing with a dry rag.

4
Pour equal parts liquid fabric softener and hot water into a bucket if the sticker or residue is still on the window. Dip a rag into the solution and sponge it onto the affected area of the glass.
-
5
Scrub the residue from the glass using the rag and fabric softener solution. Use the razor blade, if necessary, to scrape the softened sticker from the window.
-
6
Wipe down the window with a rag and plain water. Buff with a dry cloth.

7
Use denatured alcohol for particularly stubborn window stickers. Saturate a paper towel with denatured alcohol. Rub the sticker and residue from the window with the alcohol-soaked paper towel. Use the razor blade, if necessary, to scrape off any remaining sticker or residue. Wipe down the window with a rag and plain water, and buff with a dry cloth.
