How to Change the Page Size in Print Shop

The Print Shop software program offers many sizes of projects with preset margins, but you may have a project that requires customized margins. While the program does not allow you to change the preset margins, you can create your own custom paper stock with the margins you choose using the Custom Paper Wizard.

  • Open Print Shop and click the red "X" on the Project Picker window to close that window. This should leave your program open with a blank document displayed.

  • Click "Tools" in the menu bar, and select "Custom Paper Wizard" followed by "New Custom Paper."

  • Click to select an item in the stock type list and click "Next."

  • Click the button "Create from Similar Stock" and select a project similar to the one you are creating. Click "OK."

  • Change the paper width and height in the appropriate boxes, if needed. Type the width of the margins your project should have. Type a new name for the stock, if desired, and click "Next."

  • Adjust additional settings presented according to which type of project you are creating, for example, panel margins or columns and rows. Click "Finish," and your custom paper stock is now added to the list of available stocks in Print Shop.
