How to Install Photoshop Elements on the Mac

      Visit the Adobe website to download Photoshop Elements for Mac. Click on the "Free Trial" button. Enter your Adobe account information or sign up for a free Adobe account. Use the drop down menu on the download page to select your language and press "Download." Enter a save location for the file and press "Save."

      Double-click on the "PhotoshopElements_X_WWEFDJ.dmg" file to mount it to your Desktop. The disk image will open automatically as a window on your screen.

      Double-click on "Adobe Photoshop Elements X." Double-click "Setup." Confirm you want to open the file in the onscreen dialog window. Enter your password if prompted.

      Enter your Photoshop Elements serial number or select the option to install the application on a trial basis. Press "Next." Press the "Accept" button after reading the license agreement.
