Log in on the left side of the screen. Type your user ID in the "User ID" field and your password in the "Password or Activation Code" field.

Click the "Secure Login" button. This will open your Account Access page. The first page on this secure site will show your account balance and remaining credit available without any further steps. Other options such as transferring a balance or disputing a charge have their corresponding buttons on the top and side of this page.
