How to Draw Vampire Fangs
Vampires are popular mythical characters in film, literature and comics. Vampires are said to look just like humans, except with paler skin and eyes and, of course, the unmistakable fangs that they use to feed on their human victims. The myths and legends about vampires are numerous; from the most famous Count Dracula to the modern day story of the vampire's with conscience, in the bestselling "Twilight" novels and feature films.
Instructions
-
-
1
Sketch the outline of the vampire's head. Make eyes, nose and an open mouth.
-
2
Draw the vampire's teeth as if they were normal human teeth. Press very lightly with the pencil.
-
-
3
Locate the canine teeth. These will be the fangs.
-
4
Bring the sides of the canine teeth down further than the rest of teeth. The fangs should be around ½-inch longer than the other teeth (to scale). Make the point of the fangs curved slightly inward, so that when both fangs are drawn, the points will be going toward each other ever so slightly.
-
5
Go over the teeth outline, making the line darker. Erase the pencil marks of the original teeth. Draw in the detail of the rest of the vampire.

Tips & Warnings
Most vampire myths suggest that the fangs are retractable, so depending on what the vampire is doing in the picture, the fangs might be longer or shorter. If he is about to bite someone, then the fangs should be probably about 1 inch longer than the rest of his teeth.
Look at pictures of cat, lion, wolf or dog teeth to get a good idea of how predator's fangs look like. Vampire fangs are regularly depicted like feline or canine fangs.
