Use Microsoft Publisher to make a Web page.

Although Microsoft Publisher is used primarily to create printed publications, you can use it to create Web pages as well. Publisher includes a Web site builder, which enables you to pick the layout and pages your Web page will contain. You can then customize the Web page with your design, color and font preferences. You don't need to use HTML, since Publisher is a what-you-see-is-what-you-get Web editor. You can preview your Web page in a browser before placing it on the Internet.
