How to Donate Used Cell Phones in New Hampshire

Donations for Call To Protect

1. Locate the nearest drop-off location for cell phone donations by following the Wireless Foundation's "Donate-a-Phone" Reference link below. You can choose your state (in this case, New Hampshire) from this site and find the nearest donation center. There are 15 locations within New Hampshire.

2. Deactivate your phone service if you have not already done so. Donating an active phone may cost you usage charges.

3. Delete any personal information from your phone such as address books, contacts, email and text messages.

4. Go to the donation center. Drop off your used cell phone. A representative will provide you with a donation receipt.

5. Fill out the receipt, if desired, for a charitable tax deduction.

Donate to Cell Phones for Life

1. Ensure the cell phone is unlocked and personal information is removed.

2. Package your used cell phone for shipment. Include the charger if you have one, although it is not necessary to make the donation.

3. Address the package to:

4. Include your name and return address on the package. Cell Phones for Life will return a charitable donation tax form to you using this name and address.

5. Ship the package using any carrier you wish. Insuring the package is a good idea if the used cell phone has any value.
