Find a website that allows you to send an international SMS. A few that you might want to consider are SeaSMS, OnlineTextMessage and Text4Free.net. Any of these sites will allow you to send free text messages to most places in the world.

Go to the site that you've chosen to use and type in your message. You will also need to provide your email address.

Enter the phone number and the mobile-service provider of the person you want to send the message to and click "Send." That's it; you're done.
