How to Convert Blu-ray to 720P
A Blu-ray disc player is capable of display videos in full 1080 high definition. However, it is also possible to connect the Blu-ray player to devices with a lower screen resolution, including 480 and 720. Although 720 is still considered high definition it does not provide the video quality of the full 1080 HD. Converting the Blu-ray player to 720P (progressive scan) only takes a single connection cable and a 720P television.
