How to Put Songs on My Sansa MP3 Player

Download music to your Sansa mp3 player.

SanDisk Sansa mp3 players contain a flash memory drive which makes transferring music to the device more straightforward. Sansa mp3 players do not require special software programs like iTunes to manage media to and from the device. To start transferring music to your Sansa, make sure the music files are saved on your computer.

• USB sync cable

Instructions

1. Connect the larger end of the Sansa player's USB cable into the device, and insert the other end of the cable into your computer's USB port.

2. Click on the start button on your computer's desktop.

3. Select the "My Computer" option from the menu.

4. Locate and double-click on the drive that represents your Sansa mp3 player. Once the drive is open you will notice a "Music" folder.

5. Drag your songs on the computer and drop them into the device's Music folder. The songs will then sync to your Sansa mp3 player.
