Taking your own golf cart to courses has advantages.

Taking your own golf cart to different courses has several benefits. First, you don't have to pay any fee for renting a cart. There might be what is called a "trail fee" for people using their own carts, but it is usually much less that a cart rental fee. Another advantage is being able to leave your possessions exactly where you want them in your cart. When renting a cart, you must put their clubs on the cart and then decide where to put your other items, such as wallet, watch and pocket change, in it. In your own cart, however, you know where everything goes. Also, you can customize your cart. Some people put plastic enclosures on their carts during the winter or fans are mounted for use during the winter.
