How to Create New Home Page at My Yahoo!
The Yahoo! home page is the same for every Internet visitor, unless you are signed in with your Yahoo! ID and have a "My Yahoo!" home page set up. As a Yahoo! member, you can customize your own home page with this free service. Many users set their customized home pages as their Web browser's default home page.

Add content to your home page by clicking "Add Content" at the top of the page. Various options are available, such as a local gas price checker, a to-do list and a WordPress application. After you choose your content, it is displayed on your My Yahoo! home page.

Change your page's appearance. Click "Change Appearance" next to the "Change Content" link. Select a color scheme, or theme, by clicking the thumbnail images to preview them. When you find one you like, select it and click "I'm Done" for the changes to take effect. You can also change your page's layout and font size by clicking the appropriate links in the menu.
-
4
Set your advanced options by clicking "More Options" on the menu. Here you can change your advanced settings, such as your auto-refresh times or whether you want articles to have timestamps.
-
5
Arrange the boxes on your page to create a personalized layout. Hover your mouse over the top of each page section, such as your Yahoo! Mail preview box or Weather box. When your cursor changes, click the box and drag it to another location on the page and release your mouse. Some users put their favorite or most important information boxes near the top of the page.
