How to Download Music for Verizon Cellphones
Verizon Wireless offers its customers the optional service of V Cast, an application that allows users to listen to full MP3s from their Verizon phones. You'll need a few basic things, including a V Cast software CD and a way to connect your phone to your PC, but overall this process is fairly easy, and takes a minimal amount of time. After you get everything set up, you should be able to listen to any MP3 you've stored on your computer on your Verizon Wireless phone.

Insert your Verizon V Cast software CD into your computer's CD drive.

Click "Step1" to begin installing the USB drivers. Follow the wizard to finish the process.

Click "Step 2" to begin installing the V Cast software. Click "Accept," then "Install" and then follow the wizard to finish.

Connect your Verizon phone to your PC via the USB cable that came with your phone. Your computer should let you know that new hardware has been recognized.

Open the V Cast music program.

Click and drag songs from your "Music" or "My Music" folder, then drop them into your V Cast library.

Look under the "Sources" section in the V Cast window on your PC to make sure your phone is listed.

Click and drag songs from your V Cast music library and drop them onto your phone, located in the "Sources" section, to add the MP3s to your Verizon phone.
