Download Total Video Converter from the link provided in Resources.

Install the application by double-clicking the downloaded .exe file. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish installation.

Open the installed application. Now click "Open" from the top menu to open the movie that you want to make a clip from.

Click the "Video Edit" tab to show another window with several video effects options. Click the "Trim" tab from the bottom menu of the application.

Trim any segment of the movie to create small clips. Select the start and end time as well as the length of the clip.
