You can replace the rear speakers in your 1993 Chevy extended cab pickup.

The 1993 Chevrolet full-size extended cab trucks were built with speakers in the front doors and in the rear side panels. Although these speakers are adequate, many audio enthusiasts change the speakers to get better-quality sound reproduction. You may find the idea of removing interior panels to access and replace the existing rear speakers intimidating, but by going one step at a time, it's a job any do-it-yourselfer can accomplish.
