Keep in mind that setting up this feature requires that you use Microsoft Outlook as your email client. Once this feature has been set up, email pictures to your friends will be quick and easy.

  • Start Microsoft Outlook, and click "Tools," > "E-mail Accounts."

  • Select "Add new e-mail account" in the window that pops up and click "Next."

  • Choose the appropriate e-mail server used for your account, according to your e-mail provider's instructions and click "Next."

  • Enter in the specific information about your e-mail account in the appropriate fields according to your e-mail provider's instructions, then click "OK."

  • Navigate to Windows Photo Gallery, select a picture, and click the "E-mail" link at the top of the screen.

  • Select the appropriate picture size you wish to send in the "Attach Files" windows, then click "Attach."

  • Multiple photos can be selected at the same time. Once all of the pictures you wish to e-mail have been selected, then click the "E-mail" button at the top of the screen, then select a size for the pictures in the "Attach Files" window and click "Attach."
