When you mow with your lawn tractor, you can encounter some rough terrain or materials that may puncture or blow out your tires. Most lawn tractor tires have a tube on the inside that keeps the tire full when the tube is inflated. When a tube-inflated tire goes flat, you will have to insert a new tube into the tire and seal the tire to the rim for proper inflation. Does this Spark an idea?

Jack up the axle on your lawn tractor 2 to 3 inches. Unscrew the the bolts holding the wheel onto the axle with a wrench and pull off the wheel with the flat tire. Pull the punctured tube out of the tire and replace it with the new tube.

Lay the flat tire on the ground. Kneel on the tire sidewalls and insert the Flathead screwdriver between the rim and the tire to pry off the tire.
