How to Get Rid of the Facebook Virus Manually

Save

The Facebook virus, also known as Koobface.B, is a computer virus that affects Facebook users. The Facebook virus posts links on your profile that are designed to get other Facebook users to click on them and may read “You Must See It!” or “My Friend catched [sic] you on hidden camera.” Once a user clicks on the link, they too will become infected with the Facebook virus. The Facebook virus can be removed using your antivirus program. However, if you do not have Internet access or your antivirus program does not detect the virus, you can remove it manually.
