      Open Outlook on your PC. Click the "Tools" menu button and select “Options.”

      Click on “Mail Format” and check “HTML” in the "Message Format" box.

      Click “File” under the "Insert" menu.

      Select the HTML file you want to insert and press the arrow button facing down next to the “Insert” button.

    • 5

      Select “Insert as Text.” The HTML file will appear in the email message with text and pictures formatted in HTML.
