How Do You Get BearShare Songs onto iTunes?
BearShare is a peer-to-peer downloading program designed by MusicLab for Windows PCs. Though the BearShare software offers limited MP3 player syncing capabilities, Apple's iTunes program is the only software that can manage the iPod device. If you want to use your BearShare songs on your iPod, you'll first need to get the songs into iTunes.

Find where BearShare stores your downloaded music. Launch the software. Click \"Tools\" in the top menu bar and choose \"Preferences\" from the drop-down menu. A new window will appear.

Click \"Library & Downloads\" in the left column. Look for the destination of your library, listed under \"Save my BearShare downloads in:\". Typically, the location is C:\\Users\\(username)\\Music\\BearShare.

Quit BearShare. Click \"Start\" in the lower left corner of the screen and select \"My Computer.\" Navigate to the location you noted in Step 2 to reveal all of your BearShare tracks.

Launch the iTunes software. Drag the music from the BearShare folder onto the iTunes window. The software will automatically import the tracks.

Transfer the songs to your iPod, if you wish. Connect the device to your computer using its included USB syncing cable. This initiates the automated syncing process with iTunes, which will transfer all of the BearShare songs you just imported onto the iPod.

Tips & Warnings
When you download music from BearShare, check the icon next to the file. If it's a gold circle, the file is a licensed WMA file that cannot be played in iTunes or on your iPod.
Never download copyrighted music on BearShare. Though such files may be available on BearShare's network, downloading such works breaks numerous copyright laws.

it doesn't work, when i try to drag the file on itunes, itunes says that the file is protected. I know that it's writted in the warnings but do some computers can transfert these files? And do some software can converts these files?
