How to Remove Songs From an iPod Mini

All iPod music, videos, pictures and more come from syncing with iTunes. You can quickly remove songs from an iPod by deleting or choosing certain songs to not sync. By choosing not to sync songs, they will stay in your iTunes Library, but be removed from the iPod. By deleting songs from iTunes, they will be removed from the Library completely. Whichever method you decide to take, they will both remove songs from the iPod Mini.

Instructions

1. Open iTunes on your computer.

2. Locate the songs you want to remove.

3. Click the box to the left of the song(s) to remove the check mark. You can also right-click the song and select "Delete" to remove the song from iTunes.

4. Attach your iPod to the computer.

5. Allow the iPod and iTunes to sync.

6. Disconnect the iPod after the sync is complete. You will see the song is no longer on your iPod.
