Go about your shopping as you normally would, keeping an eye out for cute women.

Once you spot one, there are going to be two options: 1)She's hovering over a section trying to pick something out. 2) She's on the move.

Option 1 is the easiest. If you spot a cute girl trying to pick something out, simply walk up, pick up something pretending to be looking as well, and make an offhanded comment. Wait a little bit between walking over and saying something so it looks like you're just saying it casually. Then use a line like "I can never decide between X and Y, what do you think?" This is just the conversation starter so any situational comment will do.

Option 2: If she's on the move it's a little trickier. You can try stopping in her tracks and ask for directions on how to find something. A great line is something like "Excuse me, maybe I'm just really bad at grocery shopping, but I can't seem to find X. Do you know where it could be?" Then to keep the conversation from dying say something like "no but I need (this specific kind) of X because I have to cook for some guests and I want to do something more mild. I can tell you probably just cook for yourself judging by all that frozen food..."
You basically need to transition to a conversation based on situational cues.

Once you've got a conversation going, turn it immediately into something more interesting. Ask if she's from nearby or if she always gets stuck doing the shopping (to probe if she's single). Or make fun of something in her shopping cart to create a playful conversation.

Introduce yourself after the conversation is getting along.

Before the conversation dies out, say it was nice meeting her and ask if she'd like to do it again. Make sure to ask for her phone number so you can meet up later. This whole process should be done in about a minute to prevent boredom.
