How to Copy From Adobe to PowerPoint

Microsoft PowerPoint allows you to copy text or graphics from an Adobe PDF file and transfer it to a presentation slide without having to convert the PDF file into a different format. This makes using information found in a PDF quick and easy. You can copy anything found in a PDF, such as tables, photographs, quotes, data, graphs and illustrations. This method also works with PDF files created with programs other than Adobe.

Instructions

  1. Text, Single Page or Entire PDF File

    • 1

Download and install Adobe Reader if you don’t already have it on your computer. (Find the link in the Resources section)
